"Earth just got its last warning", laughing out loud ridiculous marketing for a cheap Encounter variant. The movie does not even have any "alien hunting"!

(read more) Well, I was expecting a truly ‘B’ movie and was pleasantly surprised. This was a pretty decent movie. This was apparent right from the start – normally in a ‘B’ movie you know what you are getting into from the first scene. The movie starts with an event that occurs in 1947 and then brings to present day, 2003, and continues the story.

What made this movie worth watching is that it relied on acting and character interaction and not visual effects. The characters are well defined and believable (always a good trait in any movie) and when special effects are used they are done well.

Any Sci-Fi enthusiast would appreciate this movie and anyone that enjoys James Spader will also enjoy this movie.
