Rather boring movie. I watched the first hour and then i stopped. Never saw the end. Its only worth watching because Samuel L. Jackson is in it.
A movie about how war affects us, this was truly heart-breaking but at the same time heartwarming. The faith and the strength of the characters in this film, is something to be admired. Great performances from all.

Whilst it is a valiant effort on a complex concept, this film fails to be melodramatic enough to succeed as a high-grossing movie, and nor is it gritty enough to be considered as a documentary.
Hmm... I expected more on this movie, it was alright overall... some of the acting are just okay, had few funny scenes.
has two of my favorite actresses in it, but it wasnt really that great...

I kind of wish that there was less extremism in the film, everyone who comes back has the most extreme exp imaginable... some middle ground might have softened the pic. That said Samuel L is amazing and some of Jessica Biel's are the most powerful.
