A good adaptation from the comics. They manage to introduce the characters and have a decent story and enemy, all in 70 minutes!

Not a bad animated Marvel movie. The banter between the heroes reflected that of the Avengers in the comics, and enhanced the story. It even had some decent action sequences.

The artistry was good but some characters were done horribly, and a similar factor with the protrayal of certain characters.

This is a great animated Marvel feature for all ages. The dialogue is reminiscent of classic comics I grew up with.

A blatant display to rake in the cash - the characters are fine, but the plot is very poor and the attempt to mix the Ultimate Universe with the normal marvel universe results in bizarre origin stories and character behaviour.

Great way to introduce the Avengers with a little bit of a history on Cap and some character development from all characters.

animation was okay, story line was good except few weird plot in between... it was awesome to see hulk pick up thor's hammer...

its really good considering its a marvel animation film...
the last 20 mins or so rock when the hulk tries to kill the avengers..

His origin takes us from WWII to fighting aliens. The film deals with him entering a new time with his loved ones gone. There's even a sweet subtle moment as he looks into many TV screens displaying his image as he waves. His bodyguards look on slightly bewildered. Hulk is the other main focus here and again it tackles his curse with a quick but decent emotional depth. The animation is great, better than a Saturday morning cartoon and not being seduced by more recent Anime influences. The vocal talents are also well cast. Overall a great piece for fans.
