I remember seeing before and liking it. I think it was one of my first "drag" movies. I just might need to watch it again for a better review.

total throwback perfect for any eighties junky...excellent soundtrack... amazing coming of age story...and adrian grenier before he sold his soul to hollywood...noone seems to know about this movie for some reason tho...what a shame

Angst teen from the 80's and his tranny step-mom- entertaining and moving. A must see for the indie flick lover.

this is my all time favourite film. not only is it an amazing movie but noone knows about it! what! why!!? i lent it to a few people but i think its even more of a treasure sence its not that main streem

Captivating, drama- comdedy. Came way before that desperate housewife playing a man in that 'transmerica' movie. Way better.

Adrian Grenier (famous through the brilliant TV-show Entourage) looks like a god from the 80's and his Karate show-off is by it self worth buying this movie. (And please don't get fooled by the ugliest cover in history)

fun, and witty. Parts of this movie remind me of my own life ( not the trans-sexual step-dad part, but you get the idea)

This movie is a great indie film. It's intense and hillarious...my fav part has to be when he pretends to know karate to get out of phys ed. Also, Adrian Grenier is pretty hot in this movie.
