this is one of the classics from the 90s and al pacino is brilliant as satan which is the stand out role. keanu reeves was also very good in this movie

The only film with Keanu Reeves that I like...and he's still awful. Al Pacino saves this fantastic film (and saves the audience from Reeves's horrible southern accent.)

The movie's greatest strength is that it becomes more complex and rewarding as it goes along.

The movie never fully engaged me; my mind raced ahead of the plot, and the John Grisham stuff clashed with the Exorcist stuff.
