Needless to say, I completely revised my opinion, and now it's definitely one of my favourites, have watched it countless times and go around quoting it. Totally awesome.

this is one of the classics from the 90s and al pacino is brilliant as satan which is the stand out role. keanu reeves was also very good in this movie
"Look at me... underestimated from day one. You'd never think I was a master of the universe, now would you?"
The only film with Keanu Reeves that I like...and he's still awful. Al Pacino saves this fantastic film (and saves the audience from Reeves's horrible southern accent.)
Al Pacino actually manages to get you feel simpathy for the Devil himself...
i did enjoy this movie. Al Pacino does a great job in this movie. The sick and meniacle things that his character does is soo awsum. Didn't see the ending coming. This movie is NOT for the faint of heart though.
Critic Reviews
The movie's greatest strength is that it becomes more complex and rewarding as it goes along.full review
The movie never fully engaged me; my mind raced ahead of the plot, and the John Grisham stuff clashed with the Exorcist stuff.full review
