It was amazing the actor was great, I'm kind of on a one man show kick right now just saw Sex, Drugs and Rock n Roll and loved it. But this was very powerful the best part of the movie was when they were playing "Ballad of a Thin Man" by Bob Dylan and whoever the lead actor just go off. Check it out it's about a Black Panther, Huey P. Newton, in case you didn't know who he was.

It was hard for me to watch Roger as Huey cause he did such a good job playing that FBI Agent in PANTHER that i wanted to strangle him lol!!! But Roger brings Who Dr. Huey P. Newton was to life.

Roger did a excellent job but Marcus Chong( who was Huey in PANTHER) is still the best portrayal of Huey i have seen to date

this is a movie i can watch again and again-huey newton is complex figure and robert g brings that conflict to life without a lot extra scenery/props other actors etc...mesmerizing

Brilliant writing, and AMAZING acting - I highly recommend this film, I have seen it at least a dozen times and will watch it at least a few dozen more.

I've asked many an African American if they knew who Huey P. Newton was, and most times, I shake my head in dismay when I hear their response. Excellent film.

Didn't really know much about Huey Newton but this documentary was all I needed and more....excellent portrayal of Huey

Amazing movie. Best acting ever! Makes you love, even more if possible, what Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale...ect. Did.
