Crossing the color lines in full view...this was a great rendition of the book. So many emotions that clearly depicted the times.

I really enjoyed how much they were able to accomplish in the confines of a single tiny apartment. They brought out many cultural issues in a very real way that was enjoyable to watch. Should be required viewing.

The ensemble of actors in this film is incredible; between Sydney Portier and Claudia Mcneil, their performances really carry the film. Unfortunately, the story behind the actors is fairly bland.

Can't believe that so many people are not interested in this one.
One of the really great old movie classics. I love Puffy, but the newer with all the new additions cannot hold a candle to this one.
