As young Tatyana (Elena Prokina) proclaims her love for Onegin (Wojciech Drabowicz), Pyotr Ilich Tchaikovsky's powerful music conveys her passion and anguish.

Romance and the tragedy that follows..........reality bites in this classic tale...movie was well made and intense..good cast
I liked it, although I did get bored a few times. Liv and Ralph made this movie worth watching, they are awesome. Iif it wasn't for them..I would have turned it off and took a nap.
Absolutely superb! Beautifully filmed, wonderful costumes, Fiennes and Tyler are exquisite!
A tragic and beautiful love story when love cannot be requited.... Liv Tyler is simply beautiful.
Ralph Fiennes does the most amazing hysterical films. He can take relatively overlook eras of history and make them so interesting. I felt so sorry for the two characters, but I suppose life isn't always fair.
Apart from another monopolistic character for Ralph Fiennes, still just another average period movie.
Dr. Zivago meets Jane Austen! The use of color is brillant; the pining is palable; & the morals are impecable. I love this film!
