wow very very injoyable love it jean is a awesome martial arts guy i thought it was very interesting what was going happen in the end with him 80s classic for sure
Saw this as a kid and can remember only the scene where the tuff guy was smashing metal poles!
WTH? how did van damme kick his ass?
but really it's worth watching once..
Classic 80s martial arts movie with appalling acting by all the cast and cheesy lines, this tries to rip off the Karate Kid but can't. However it does have a great final fight sequence!
This is decent Van Damme film, which is very similar to Bloodsport and Lionheart, but not as good. Still this movie has some awesome action sequences. The movie is like a martial arts version of Rocky. This is one of Van Damme's better films.
Zo hard lachen :) En tegelijk zo foute/fun film :) JCVD's overmoedige broer wordt lam geslagen in de kickboksring door Tong Po. Natuurlijk wil JCVD wraak.
Van Damme is up there with Segal. I'm not super big fans of either. Damme has done some decent movies (Time Cop, Universal Soldier and Cyborg) but this one is not one of them.
A very by-the-book Van Damme movie, with nothing very interesting or original about the story, it is basically a rehash of Bloodsport, which isn't really a bad thing. Some of his better acting skills can be found in this one.
Good for some laughs are corny scenes. The fight scenes do not offer that much though.
