There isn't much compelling narrative to back any of this outré stuff up; it's indie-film posturing, though not without some attractive reasons to watch. Mary Tyler Moore's and James Coburn's presence certainly bring freshness to the otherwise overly-familiar indie cast. --Tom Keogh

Sometimes interesting little movie. Good cast but borders on being a b flick. Spader is dark and nasty, Stoltz is always delicious. This movie seems very dated to watch now.
james spader AND eric stoltz?! Yeah.. the movie is balls.. but I'd watch it again if I were sick
This movie was very cool. That is the best way for me to describe it, just extremely cool.
Boring, contrived, complex yet predictable blackmail 'thriller'. Best to turn it off 5 minutes in after Cameron Diaz's amusing cameo.
