That, and Charles Bronson utters his greatest line, ""whoever does something like this, his knife's gotta be his penis." That tells you everything you need to know about this movie.
Charles Bronson is solid in this thriller. Film is ok, but features a great deal of nudity. The killer doesn't feel the need to be clothed during his work.

It not only turns out one of the victims is the daughter of a family friend and friend of his daughter, but that the perp is something of a nut job, doing his killing in the nude and unable to form relationships with women.
There's the usual interpersonal conflict, in this case between Bronson and Lisa Eilbacher, who plays his estranged daughter. Bronson does his usual calm, tough guy routine a la Death Wish, but the questions of legal rights, which are presumedly supposed to protect innocent people that also sadly protect the obviously guilty, are brought up.

Richard Speck, who killed 8 nurses in 1966. in the movie the killer
differentiates himself from other films by killing girls while naked
but with latex gloves.this way he manages to allude blood to spill on
his clothes.this way he makes the cop's job immensely difficult.but
Kessler(Bronson) know for certain that he is the killer.so a little
innocent framing is in order, doctoring blood evidence so he can get
him behind bars.but Kesslers partner finds out and so making Kessler
confess to the judge at the serial killers trial.this of course
results in Kessler being fired from the force.now the killer is
stalking Kessler's daughter while Kessler is doing anything possible to
make the killers life miserable.no man messes with Charles Bronson and
lives,or do they?
Awesome. Awesome Awesome Awesome. Charles Bronson picks up a jack-off machine and stares at it like an he's holding an alien.
good charles bronson flick. Has him a chasing a serial killer who is now targeting his very own daughter.
Another solid offering from the Cannon Group. Bronson plays a cop out to stop a killer who targets young women. The highlight here is the killer's shady lawyer offering tips on how to fake insanity if he fails to get damning evidence thrown out.
Under-appreciated effort from Bronson in a sold little exploitationer. The ending scenes are epic. B+
Very similar to the first Dirty Harry, and with a serial killer running around naked most of the film. What's not to like? Cheesy beyond belief, tho.
You're never gonna believe this, but Charlie takes the law into his own hands in this one. Very near Grindhouse level, the trailer is twice as good as the actual film. Title is utterly unrelated to film!

Bronson plays an old detective who cannot solve a string of recent murders, will he resort to unofficial means to bring this kiler to justice? Great villain too, reminiscent of the freaky murders that Christian Bale was doing with his Patrick Bateman character from 'American Psycho' or Ron Silver from 'Blue Steel'. Classic appearance from Geoffrey Lewis as the lawyer of the serial killer. A bit short of your typical 'Death Wish' action, but this still works as a possible spin-off. Classic for its gendre!
