The Commander in Chief responds by inviting the misfits to Washington. The bus departs with an aging ex-hippie at the wheel, Miss Tracy Milford, the new teacher, and the seniors, who as a group represent a unique student body. Once they've arrived in the nation's capital, this pack of maniacal high school slackers unwittingly expose a plot to unseat the President.
