Well done movie, with a fantastic performance from Jodie Foster. Sadly, the legal standing, and supporting cast is horribly lacking.
Wow, that's bit strong if anyone would be brave to listen on the base of true story that woman have a courage to tell. Fight em!
One of my favourite films with Jodie Foster second to silence of the lambs
another foster thriller...no means no but we just dont seem to get it..

Compelling right from the start, from beginning to end. Jodie Foster deserved the Oscar- she really put 100% in this. The rape scene was the most difficult thing I've ever watched, and I'm slightly traumatized. Good legal/court movie, too a sub-genre I totally love. I had a bit of an issue with the one moment where the witness kid visits the best friend in prison and suddenly he doesn't want to testify. That was a wrench thrown in just for the sake of adding an obstacle; he testifies anyway so it didn't matter. I screenwriting nitpick, from an otherwise really tight and well-directed story. (I love the aspect of making the victim kind of a promiscuous character anyway- nice touch!) But the horror... Need to take a shower now..
It takes a while to get to the point, but the last 15 minutes are classic. And horrifying.
A truly harrowing film that is difficult to watch. Powerful performances from Jodie Foster & Kelly McGillis.
Very well done. Jodie Foster definitely deserved her Oscar for this one. She has the right blend of rough and sensitive. Kelly McGillis also is quite good. Check it out!
A bit graphic, but impressive performance. I'm glad I caught up and finally saw this.
