My favorite scene is Jo turning down Laurie in the pasture...it's so bittersweet. I am not sure about Gabriel Byrne as the Professor. He does a nice job with the German accent (he's Irish in RL) but he's not 'who I pictured' for the role. I saw a tv version once and William Shatner was the Professor!?!

Makes me smile and cry. Every time.

Very charming and well done. Not quite as good as the origanl but much entertaining.

Little Women grew on me.
