Classic Chan that was one of his first films to start showing his 'comedy kung-fu' that he later became renowned for. It may seem a bit corny now, but there is no doubt that the action and choriography are superb.
The kung fu comedy that really launched Jackie Chan's career, featuring the same sort of physical comedy he's done ever since. Good fight scenes.
Great early Jackie -- saw this back on the big screen in the early 90s and was wowed.
A chop-socky flick in which Jackie Chan plays a simplistic janitor who finds himself in the middle of a war between two martial arts clans. There's not much else to the plot, but the fight sequences are so frequent and cool that you won't really mind... This film also gets accolades for having the best use of a rice bowl that I have ever seen.
good fighting choreography. However, this is not a Jackie Chan comedy. One thing I never quite understood though is why there are snippets of Pink Floyd in the movie soundtrack.
Very entertaining early Jackie Chan film. A mix of old school martial arts & comedy.
Jackie Chan's first movie and probably his best in my opinion. Classic Story, but
A fantasticly fun flick with great action from Yuen Woo Ping (The Matrix). The film that made Jackie Chan big in Hong Kong which then shortly lead him to being a world famous actor.
