I like the plot and Rob William's performance, despite the TERRIBLE computer-generated animals and stuff. For a movie to still scare the crap out of me, 10 years later, it deserves at least 3.5 stars. :P
The special effects are primitive by today's standards, but somehow I manage to enjoy this film almost as much as I did as a kid. The plot is ridiculous, and the acting isn't the best. As far as kids movies go, this is a good one.
