A cut priced attempt to cash in on a Loch Ness type movie, sadly it is not that interesting with over-sentimenet in places and confusing characters.

a terrible movie, lurking under the guise of family fare to snatch up almost guaranteed box-office dollar. no budget theft machine with terrible effects.
