Pretty boring, but the last few minutes are silly. It is kinda fun to laugh at the bad 3-D effects though, but there aren't nearly enough to warrant too much fun. Also like half the movie is out of focus.

aside from maybe 2 sequences, this film is tame tame tame! Even less scary than the original, which I didn't think was possible.

feeling more like a Poltergiest rip off than an Amityville movie, the scares are all recyled and watered down (speaki... (read more)

Third entry in the Amityville series. I didn't get the pleasure of seeing it in 3-D, I saw the un3d version : Amityville: The Demon. It's bad, really really bad. Not worth your time. Stick to the first two and the remake.

I just saw this movie, and have already forgotten it. That's what this movie is - forgettable. However, it does solidify my belief that big-time actors and actresses all get their start in horror movies, oftentimes really terrible ones.

Amityville 3D 3/10 Entertaining in it's own right, but nowhere near the violence/creepiness of the first two Amityville movies. You know why because its fricken PG. Check it out if your into the 3-D shit but otherwise skip it.

Dude, I was scared. The ending was lame, but threw the whole movie was screaming. I even spilt a whole bowl of popcorn at one scene.

unintentionally hilarious third installment of a DOA franchise. Anyone else notice the lead actor resembles George Dubya Bush?

In the early 1980s (specifically 1982 to 1983 or so) it seemed every franchise that reached #3 felt the need to shoot that particular entry in 3D. And, of course, they all had the same problem once they hit home video -- they were released in lousy ... (read more)

A fantastically dull installment in the Amityville saga, though watching some of the attempts at utilizing the 3-D format can be amusing. Also, Meg Ryan spews some positively hilarious dialogue in one of her very first film roles!
