I consider this to be one of those gems in my collection. It doesn't have the best characters or writing but it's a great movie. It's one of those heart warming movies that's always nice to watch once in a while.

It didn't feel like i was watching a movie. It was more like watching an ad for a charity organization.

the beginning felt like just another teen movie, but ti was needed to set up the 2nd half. it was a beautiful movie.

A good story about real issues facing children across the world. It is a bit "afterschool specially" but worth watching all the same

I went ahead and watched all of the commentary and most of the movie again. The movie was free actually with a president's day promotion from Movie Gallery. I had not seen the commentary, however, and I found the movie to be even more special after listening to it in its entirety. The movie is about a baby abandoned in China because she was disfigured. The story is has many elements to it that would be great for young people to watch. I highly recommend it to anyone.

This movie probably tried to cover too many different real life issues. but it does bring to attention some of the different types of problems people face elsewhere in the world.

the lady that was rooming with Mika in the movie overdid her role... She was real annoying. And on top of that, everytime I see her, I can only think of her role as the lunch lady in dumb and dumberer...

Disappointing. Cheri Oteri's was too SNL for the plot; her dialogue was too forced. The movie drug on and what you were waiting for took about 5 minutes. Then, it went to pictures, to show the resolve of the story lines. Not very well written.

The script is so bad it's funny, the characters are all one dimensional cliches you know the dumb shit they are going to say before they spew it out. Ever watch something and think wow this movie lowered my IQ? Yeaaaa. Two hours of my life gone, forever.
