The coolness of Armin Mueller-Stahl is cancelled out by the uncoolness of Hayden Panettiere.
this movie will always be a personal favorite...this movie really makes you think. also, ryan kelley is so cute in this movie!
Definitely a different kind of movie. I wasn't really impressed with the film itself but I did enjoy every scene with the grandfather in it. I wonder if some one is thinking of me each time a leaf floats by now.
indie. great life lesson. deals with death. cute. hayden is fantastically carefree. worth watching.

It's too deep (or at least it tries to be) to entertain kids and while the performances were good and the film was well polished, as an adult, I became bored pretty quickly.

Cool idea as portraying limbo as a trapeze although I'm not sure life comes out looking all that great. Wasn't heading in a particularly meaningful direction which might explain the attempt at introducing a quasi-hell motif with a quasi-diabolic ring master. Watchable but not particularly memorable. But it put things in perspective a bit. Death doesn't hurt; life hurts... it's why it takes courage to live.
