Essentially a chick-flick version of Stand By Me (without the language or dead body content), it's still moderately entertaining and boasts a great cast, too.
I loved it when I saw it while I was in school. Would like to see it again :)
Pretty boring. There were a few good parts, but it just dragged on for the most part.
When I was in junior high, this was my ultimate favourite movie, because I was in a girl 'clique' and tried to imagine what our future would be like. I love watching this movie because the younger casts turn to be pretty brilliant actresses.
One of my all time favorite tween aged movies. Who knows if it's still good to me now.
Update: I recently saw it again. it as not as good as I remember :( It's very dated looking. The modern segments anyway.
would much rather watch rosie in "riding the bus with my sister" instead. she breaks her toilet and has to buy a new seat. Very inspirational.
Aww, the memories this movie brings back. I grew up in Ohio during the time period of the movie and I swear that is me and my friends. We dressed like that, rode our bikes, had seances and had that great childhood friendship.
