fantastic movie! totally not what I expected. kickass action and a great love story!
the story n acting is really good.the worse is the kungfu art is really not nice.the fighting not natural. too bad.
A memorable film, and very engaging. A film that clearly left its image for people for a while.
solidly well rounded film, just a top notch movie in all aspects of storytelling. both visually and in dialouge
Ang lee may have fucked up Hulk but alot of his other works are great including this one. Chow-Yun-Fat is amazing
A decent kung fu movie with some spectacular wire work. But grossly overrated by snooty white folk who'd never seen a martial arts movie before.
I saw it when it first came out i thought it was awesome but i can't remember it that good.

The most exhilarating martial arts movie I have seen.full review
A movie that casts a flickering spell from the very outset, not with colorful excess but with restraint.full review
