It was okay. Not sure why it won so many awards, but it was pretty decent. Story was a little wonky and the characters weren't very likable but I liked it for the most part.

The biggest benifit of this movie is it's basis on true events. The acting is decent, but the very presentation of schizophrenia is deeply flawed. Ultimately it treats the underlying issue very shallowly. I recommend The Soloist as a much much more a... (read more)
