Very interesting and compelling, right up to the incredibly disappointing lack of an ending.

Curiosillo film donde aparece una jonvencisima Jodie Foster, la cual sostiene toda la historia con un ritmo y una candidez, del filme, digo, que encanta y embelesa, igual que su protagonista.
I love this early role of Jodie Foster's and a younger Martin Sheen. This film isn't graphic or gory, but has an unrelenting chilling quality which I loved. It very accurately portrays how a twisted individual overcomes all obstacles in her way!!

En obskyr gammal pärla med Jodie Foster som purung 14-åring, som släpptes samma år (1976) som hon fick sitt genombrott i Taxidriver, och som på grund av favorisering utav den senare filmen, förbisågs på Oscarsgalan nästkommande år. (read more) En obskyr gammal pärla med Jodie Foster som purung 14-åring, som släpptes samma år (1976) som hon fick sitt genombrott i Taxidriver, och som på grund av favorisering utav den senare filmen, förbisågs på Oscarsgalan nästkommande år. Känns otroligt att Foster nominerades för sin fjuttiga biroll där när hon bär upp denna film så oerhört bra. Filmen är omöjlig att få tag på i Sverige idag vad jag vet. Filmen är mer eller mindre dialogstyrd med fokus på ett fåtal karismatiska karaktärers utveckling. Man sitter klistrad för allt är så intressant. Martin Sheen är riktigt slemmig och creepy...enough said.
I think this was the first film that i was introduced to Jodie Foster with? Eerie little thriller that had its jolt from the seat moments. something movies nowadays have great difficulty achieving.
Strong performance from Jodie Foster - one in a long line as she moved into adulthood. Okay story for it's time.
Spectacular. They really don't make them now like they used to. THIS is the reason I love Jodie Foster. And 70s movies. And Chopin. :)
