Completely wasted movie. This should have been shortened to a half hour then move the other two foreward, and had the third film be about the "Jedi Holocaust" and lead directly into Ep. IV.

This is what great film making is. The look is just as the same as the old ones which are twenty years apart from each other. Very exciting!

There is a sense of discovery in scene after scene of The Phantom Menace.

The actors are wallpaper, the jokes are juvenile, there's no romance, and the dialogue lands with the thud of a computer-instruction manual.
