Biography:
Appeared first in the film "Angel Heart" in 1987, although his first film
role was in "Down By Law" and his scenes were deleted from the final cut. Since
then, Vince has been in more than 40 films, including "Constantine," "Monster,"
"Mumford," and "Identity." He has a condition called nystagmus, which is
characterized by involuntary movement of the eyes.
