James Thomas Fallon got his start in the industry doing stan up comedy and improv comedy. He worked with the well known and respected group "The Groundlings" in Los Angeles before getting his big break on "Saturday Night Live"- where he co hosted the "Weekend Update" sketch and was notorious for breaking character by laughing on set.
