William Gareth Jacob Busey, Jr. (born June 15, 1971), sometimes credited as Jacob Busey or William Busey, is an American actor/film producer.<br/><br/>

Busey was born in Los Angeles, California, the son of Judy Lynn Helkenberg, a photographer, and actor Gary Busey. His parents divorced when he was 19. He has a sister, Electra "Ellie" Busey. Busey's start in acting came in the 1978 feature film, Straight Time, wherein he portrayed the son of his real-life father, Gary Busey, and Kathy Bates. His... ... Busey's roles have ranged from the smart-mouthed soldier Ace Levy in 1997's Starship Troopers to the psychotic hitchhiker in 2002's The Hitcher 2: I've Been Waiting. Busey has played a few notable villains, examples of which include his portrayal of a religious fanatic in the 1997 film Contact, and undead serial killer Johnny Bartlett in The Frighteners.<br/><br/>

Busey also starred in the 1999 UPN television comedy Shasta McNasty. As of 2007, he has 46 feature films under his belt.
