Biography: Real name is O'Shea Jackson, Ice Cube is one of the pioneers in gangsta rap, and after beginning his music career with rap group N.W.A (Niggaz With Attitude), he went solo in music which increased his popularity. Ice Cube's first movie was 'Boyz in da Hood" a runaway success directed by then upcoming director John Singleton, who also collaborated with Cube in 1995's Higher Learning.
