George Wolfe was raised in the state capital of Kentucky, Frankfort. As a member of the Frankfort High School Senior class of 1972, he was one of the leading lights of the drama club and a writer for the literary magazine. George left Frankfort in 1972, but returned many years later as a favored son. After years of hard work and determination, Mr. Wolfe became an honored Broadway producer, director, and writer working with Joe Papp and now on his own.
