1. When I click on the "submit" button, nothing happens?
This is a known issue with Safari v1.x on Mac users. Currently, there are a few workarounds:
1) upgrade to a newer version of Safari on the Mac
2) use Firefox on the Mac
3) Hold down the control button (ctrl key) and then click on "submit" button
2. How do I remove a decor from my profile page?
Go into the "Settings" page within the app and uncheck the box next to the decor you want to remove.
3. The gifts I received didn't open on the date of the occasion. How do I open them?
Go into the "Gifts Sent & Received" page within the app, click on the tab for the occasion you want, and below each gift you will see an "Open Gift" link provided the date of the occasion has arrived.
4. I opened my gifts but they don't stay open on my profile page. How do I keep them open?
There is a link to "keep gifts unwrapped" that appears after you open at least one gift. Click that to keep the gifts unwrapped.
5. I accidentally closed the profile page box for the app and now I can't see any decors or gifts. How do I get it back?
You can re-enable the box on your profile page by going to "Applications" from the left column on your page, then click on "edit settings" for this app and in the pop up, for "Profile", choose "All my networks and all my friends".
6. Christmas is over but I still like the Christmas decors and want to put one up or change the one I already have up.

7. How come the song on my profile doesn't play anymore?
Now that we have the feature where you can choose any song you want from Youtube or anywhere with hosted MP3 files, we no longer provide standard songs. If the play button for your song isn't working, you most likely have a standard song from our previous version. Please choose your own song instead from here.
