Not that bad but Card has written many much better books.

Emotionally scarred man goes bonkers. A very subdued book. I kept waiting for more to happen. You hear worse stuff in the news every day.

Harry survives another perilous year at Hogwarts through a combination of blind courage, dumb luck, and a little help from his friends. Enjoyable.
