Linda LantieriExcellent book! Linda Lantieri truely represents what it is like in an urban school! This book shares real life situations that resonate with anyone who has taught in an urban school. The Resolving Conflict Creatively program is such an exciting program and should be implemented in all of our schools. I believe that it was proven that test scores can increase more with the RCCP than with smaller class sizes!
