This is an excellent book! I recommend this book for all parents of gifted children and EVERY teacher/school administrators. It really helps you understand the damage we are doing to gifted children in regular classrooms today. It will both infuriate you and inspire you to advocate for change.

This was an amazing story! I read it in two days! The story tells of the emotional and physical abuse the author endured at the hands of his "father." The boy is able to rise above what has happened to him and make a difference in the world.
