Paulo Coelho, paulo coehloNot worth reading. The worst of all the Coelho books I've read..more like a airport murder novel...missing the mysticism, has little depth, and who needs to read more about a Russian mobster...

Orhan PamukAnyone trying to understand Turkey, the vying themes of secularism and political Islam, should read this Nobel Prize winner. Couldn't put it down. The complexity of what seems to be a simple issue, headscarves, is revealed in full. Highly recommend.
