I had the pleasure of meeting Robert a couple of years ago through his daughter Shelly. At that time he was knee deep in developing his book and when it was finally published this year I quickly bought a copy on Amazon. I greatly enjoyed the book and was able to personally relate to several of the characters. In particular I developed an affinity for Gwen, the young sales director struggling to find her way in a new department at a new company. I highly recommend this book to any sales professional looking to take a step beyond the typical non fiction prose that we have become accustomed to. Robert is a gifted writer, thoughtful, and deliberate in his approach to leadership issues.
