Reviews I've Written

  • The Arabian Nights, Volume I: The Marvels and W...
Translated by Richard Burton; Adapted by Jack Zipes

This one was a lot of fun. You can see why it's such a classic. It is a great look into a totally different culture.

  • Beating the Devil's Game: A History of Forensic...
    Katherine Ramsland

Maybe it's because I have read several books on this subject that this one seemed pretty basic, but I was underwhelmed by it. The writing is well done, but the content was glossed over and not as interesting as some other books on the subject.

  • Batman: Hush, Vol. 1
    Jeph Loeb

Pretty good. Sometimes it seemed like they were throwing in villains just for the fun of it, not really for the good of the story.
