Reviews I've Written

  • Stardust: Being A Romance Within The Realms Of ...
    Neil Gaiman

Average but enjoyable fairy tale. It doesn't present many new ideas but it is well written and draws well on fantasy conventions.

  • The Perks of Being a Wallflower
    Stephen Chbosky

I seen a lot of myself in the main character so I could really empathise with him and his situation. This was good as I made a connection with the book. It was also bad because the connection was made on negative terms. I could only relate to the negative things.

The book made me sad, but I loved it.

  • Breakfast at Tiffany's
    Truman Capote

The prose is lovely to read, but the story itself has no tension and you don't care for the characters one little bit. Vastly overrated.
