Oh so Wilde is this book. Being earnest truly is one of the most important things. Or so says I, and I'm always right (and usually earnest)

Obviously, not so much a book that you read, although the text on the designers and artists is pretty interesting without a doubt. Mostly though, it's just a killer coffee table book with some of the best examples of exemplary poster art. Gotta love it
