Joseph HellerOne Word: HILARIOUS! Now I shall proceed to expound upon that word in what will invariably be more than one word. Yossarian is a Groucho Marx character stuck in zany stooge-like escapades taking part in "Abbot and Costello" type conversations. It all makes complete logical sense, and yet is all contradictions and paradoxes. The best book that makes sense in that totally-doesn't-make-sense kind of way. Can't wait for Closing Tme!

Patricia T. O'ConnerIs it weird that I keep this book on my nightstand 24/7? That I can't possibly read one book without doublechecking the grammar okay'd by the editor? So maybe it is... but this book is a godsend, at least to me. I like the tired, dry humor O'Conner uses to instill the tools of the trade into the minds of the unconcerned. All in all, I LOVE THIS BOOK!

Harper LeeSimply amazing... it is such a good book that people reference it all the time without even realizing it... Boo Radley, Scout, Jem, and Atticus are characters that will survive the generations... AMAZING!!!!!!
