Good, even if you are not based in the US (like myself). McElroy offers tips on both residential and commercial property investment and some worthwhile soundbites. d start buying BMV.

While the basic tenets of investment remain the same (cashflow cashflow cashflow), you'll find it difficult to generate cashflow without creative financing or buying BMV in the modern era as every man-and-his-dog has been "getting into property" in the last decade causing rental coverage and yields to bottom out.

If you're serious about property, it's a good book but merely as a refresher in the basics. If you want to know HOW to do it, go check out Dolf De Roos or similar. (show less)

Michael Moore provides us with the dumbed down edition which is far more digestible (and funnier). Chomsky is fantastic it's just his feet are firmly roote... (show more)

  • Instant Repeat Business (Instant Success)
    Bradley J Sugars

Not quite sure what all the fuss about B.S is... this book was no more than a 4/10 and others seem just a bunch of ideas thrown together without any seemingly coherent underlying principles.

I would recommend Seth Godin over this every time.
