Pretty good book! lots of action (more than one human can have in a lifetime). Bourne saves the day again!
First read of Michael Robotham. Pretty good book. Slow to build to climax and then I felt like "reveal-1 page wrap up-end."
Not a bad book. Just sort of ended. I enjoyed the story line however, and that made it worthwhile.
Started with this book. Didn't enjoy it, won't be reading the others.
I enjoyed every minute. Follett captivates you at every turn. What a tale he weaves...
OK - I agree with the move slow. I had read the sequel before the original. Not sure I really like either of them a lot. I hope there is another one in the works because I want some type of conclusion. Lots of non-concluded story lines in both this book and the next one.
Well written story. It was interesting to get different sides of the conflict and to have it all interwoven through famous leaders and fictitious characters. I was riveted from beginning to end.
