Quote-leftI read this book in about 2 days' flat. I was absorbed by it and I think that's because it's a true life story. Larson writes well and researches thoroughly. Great for those interested in true historical accounts of how stinky it was in those good old days!!Quote-right

Quote-leftThe World's Fair in Chicago, the invention of the Ferris Wheel... it can bogdown a bit in the ongoing business of constructing this incredicle ego-building construction to put Chicago on the world map- oh and the telgraph, can't forget that part!
But, what just floors me are the murders. Creepy stuff by one creepy little man and it all happened right under
