Quote-leftIt does exactly what it says in the title. Like many spiritually minded Anglicans of his day, he appreciates both the Evangelical and Tractarian traditions for their contribution, even if he doesn't agree with everything they said, as they helped renew the church. It is very Anglican: what is good for the general health of the C of E is from God, it would seem. Not sure I agree with that.Quote-right
