As a book, was so-so, but it will make an excellent movie! Backwards, I know, but great twists. One over Cuckoo's meets...well, I can't tell you or it'd give it away! : )
I liked this Lehane mystery too. He's really good at creating characters that are complex and easy to empathize with. Martin Scorsese is making this book into a film.
More thriller-esque, twisty than the others. Apparently being shot by scorsese as we speak. Not really a big fan of this one.
this was the first book of dennis lehane i have ever read. i picked it up in a walgreens and i was hooked.
i love his other books.
Dennis Lehane is the best mystery writer out there right now. Check him out!
