once again, a brilliant novel, written in his trademark analytical style, long before he started writing made for steven screenplays. unfortunaltely a few decades later he wrote prey, which is way too similar to this book...
A fantastic read....fast paced and short....MC has done quite a remarkable piece of work in simplifying otherwise what would be a complicated subject to write a novel on!
Not as good as I thought it would be. Doesn't keep you hanging on the edge wondering what's going to happen next.
Great sci-fi book. I read it in two days. His use of diction and scientific language makes the story come alive.
Well written and well researched. Initially it was very entertaining but it seemed to end very abrubtly and somehow was quite unsatisfying. Personally, I don't think the report style of writing actually added to it at all. Still, it was well done.
Great book, full of suspense, a smart read, untill...you get to the end. It was to most anticlimactic letdown i've ever experianced in all my literary adventures.
My third book of his to read after getting into jurrasic park and lost world. This one really solidified me in his books. I wanted to see the mini series but i missed it
Written while he was a med student, this is the prototype for so many superbug gone wild stories. This was an enjoyable and pretty short read.
One of the better books written by Michael Chrichton in my humble opinion. Wonderfully written and entirely engaging.
