This was a great book and you can tell that she did a lot of work into food/nutrition research but I have to say, I followed this diet to a T and strange things happened. I'm not sure I would do it again that same way. But I did learn that our notion of what a Green and what a vegetable is are really very different. Greens are loaded with protein! How do you think cows and rhinos get so big and strong? I understand we have lost the taste for this food as a species. Now I understand why it's important and why I need more fiber and all that. it changed a lot of notions for me. That was worth the read!
I think this book is amazing, just by doing one little thing a day - the Green Smoothie - you can dramatically change your health and vibrance. I swear by these suckas!
