An epic sequel fitting for a story as grand as the Pillars of the Earth.
Only for the literary committed...long, but very entertaining... Classic good versus evil.
I enjoyed reading the book but was frustrated by the lack of action by some of the characters and the rapid conclusion of the work in final chapters.
