I had trouble putting it down. Shocking ending!! These people were all confused!
Loving Frank is a historical novel about Frank Lloyd Wright and his mistress Mamah Cheney. I found both of them rather despicable characters, for it astounds me that they could go off to Europe for two years, leaving their small children in the care of others. I don't care what century in which they were born, this is beyond my imagination. Sure, they, as all humans, wanted to explore the unknown and look for the other side of what might have been, but the reality is that they both created life and then left. Geniuses or not, what life is all about is family, and they were losers at that.
