Quote-leftAn interesting read....very short. I read this in one day.

I enjoyed the stories but I wish there had been more information on HOW to overcome the compulsion, rather than stories of others who share the compulsion to eat. I couldn't identify with many of the anecdotes simply because they seemed dated.

Overall, the message is a good one..just wasn't "meaty" enough for me.Quote-right
